Makes: 1-2 Serving
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries (frozen is best because they are picked at ideal ripeness)
1/2 Cup of Vanilla Soy Milk
1/4 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
4 Ice Cubes
2 Bananas (I like them frozen but either way it is delicious!)
Blend all ingredients in a blender! I like to put the ice on the bottom so it really blends well.
You can also add other flavors to... like cinnamon or a scoop of cool whip for an even creamier texture! This is a great smooth for breakfast or post work out.
