Garlic Balsamic Asparagus
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs of Italian Saba (sweeter balsamic)
Salt + Pepper to taste
2 Cloves of Garlic Minced
Cut the ends of the asparagus, toss in 2 tbs of olive oil, and put in skillet. Cook on medium high heat for 5-7 minutes to blacken edges. When asparagus is near completion add the garlic with a tiny bit of oil. When asparagus is cooked all the way turn the heat off and add 1 tbs of the Italian Saba balsamic. I highly recommend using Fairways Italian Saba (link above). This balsamic is so sweet and slightly thicker then normal so it pairs perfectly with asparagus. The skillet may smoke a tiny bit when the balsamic is covering all the asparagus. Serve immediately!
